Along with our “challenge by choice” philosophy, we feel through experience. In a team situation, an adventure approach to a training or consultation is fun, and highly productive. Removed from familiar work surroundings and presented with challenges where participants know neither what to expect nor what is expected of them, they are free simply to participate. Our adventure experience then holds up a mirror to reflect back information about learning styles, inter and intra-personal relationships, choices and potential. The result is often exciting, usually surprising, and at times transformational.

Our initiatives and challenge ropes course elements are used in conjunction with traditional methods to create a secure and encouraging learning environment. Less common team building activities, such as caving, hiking, SCUBA, and kayaking have proven to be highly effective as well. Our programs are energetic and offer a unique sense of safety and support
helping people to become involved in their learning and to manage change successfully. The knowledge of group dynamics gained in outdoor experiences can be a source of new found confidence which often can lead to measurable improvements in the workplace.
