In a team situation, an adventure approach to a training or consultation is fun and highly productive. Removed from familiar work surroundings and presented with challenges where participants know neither what to expect nor what is expected of them, they are free simply to participate. Our adventure experience then holds up a mirror to reflect back information about learning styles, inter and intra-personal relationships, choices and potential. The result is often exciting, usually surprising, and at times transformational.
Our brand new high and low challenge ropes course elements are used in conjunction with traditional methods to create a secure and encouraging learning environment. Less common team building activities, such as caving, hiking, SCUBA, and kayaking have proven to be highly effective as well. Our programs are energetic and offer a unique sense of safety and support.
