Every dish on this a la carte menu is created by skilled facilitators, to be enjoyed far from electronics.  All entrees are served to a child with eagerness to try something new and a hunger for adventure. All of our single day, “A La Carte,” programs are the same high quality, professional, fun, and adventure-filled good times as our week-long camps … just a mini version!

Ropes Course 

We believe that strong individuals come from understanding their part in a strong team. This day on our ropes course will focus on teamwork in low elements in the morning. The afternoon will focus on supporting each other in challenges on the high ropes elements.

Snorkeling

Underwater explorations will feed your child’s imagination. Using snorkels to explore below the surface will give your child a new perspective in the waters they may only have thought to splash in before. Lifejackets will keep these snorkelers safe and comfortable as well.

Fields of Fun

If you tried to imagine all the ways our groups can have fun in a field, you’d be busy for a long, long time. We’ll play games, have picnics, make friends and smile all the while.

Kayaking

Come along for a paddle in a nearby lake. We’ll learn or improve paddle technique, have lunch by the water, and even play some games in our boats. Occasionally we may find cause to abandon ship and have some swim time out there as well.

Fishing

Grab your lunch, tackle box, fishing rod and your friends for a lovely day of fishing. What finer use of the summer is there than this classical pastime?

Hikes & Bikes

Hit the trail on two feet or on two wheels. There’s a lot to be realized in comparing these modes of exploration in the same day.

Disc Golf

Flying saucers and friends make for a wonderful day. Learn the game and enjoy some good-natured competition on our very own frolf course.

River Art

Flowing fresh water has inspired countless masterpieces throughout the ages. What will your aspiring artist create?

Primitive Skills

Every good wilderness explorer needs a chance to practice these skills. How does one safely make a fire that won’t go out before it’s really started? How would one find or make shelter outdoors? What are the ten essentials? Let’s answer these questions together.

River Hike / BBQ

Trails are good for hiking but so are streams! Work up an appetite splashing in the water and then have a BBQ.

Mermaids & Magic

Mermaids are brave, kind, and strong. We’ll use our special monofins to play in the pool and swim like mermaids do. We’ll make new friends as we swim and do cool crafts too!

Adventure Race

Do you have what it takes to win the race? It’s sure to be a challenge and lots of fun. You’ll need to use your brain along with your wilderness skill to help your team to the finish line.

Caving

Explore the fascinating and unique environment of a cave. Learn about how these geological features were formed. Experience the magic only found deep in the earth and stone. $75

Rock Climbing

This can easily become a life-long hobby. Take your friends, ropes, helmets and other gear to the rock. We’ll cheer each other all the way to the top. This day will be overflowing with chances to learn. $70

Just One Night in a Tent

Whether you’re looking for one MORE night in a tent or you’re looking to spend your FIRST night in a tent, this will be a lot of fun. This chance is perfect for aspiring campers that aren’t quite sure what a night in the woods would be like. Good friends, food, games, and laughter are sure to make this a happy memory. 

*Ages 9 & up          $169

**Drop off at 8:00 am the first day. Pick up at 4:15 pm the next day.

Sisters, Streams & Working Together

A day program designed for siblings to encourage strong, healthy and playful relationships. Have adventures and fun outdoors while focusing on embracing the similarities and differences you have with your sister.

Try Scuba

Begin the lifelong pursuit of blowing bubbles. We’ll learn some basics about the science and safety before hopping in the pool. You’ll use real scuba tanks to experience the simple but powerful magic of breathing underwater. $70

Scuba Games Day

This day of underwater games is only for adventurers who have had a scuba experience before. So if you had a chance to blow bubbles and breath underwater, you know what it’s all about. Let’s spend that air time enjoying some creative games! $70
