Micronesia -Palau & Truk
Palau is rated the number one underwater miracle of the world!
Scott is a certified travel expert for many parts of the world and it always comes back to “ Palau is simply the best!!!”( Its even better than the Galapagos)
Palau is the shining star of Micronesia for serious divers. This incredible cluster of islands and giant lagoon offer the most diverse range of diving experiences, plus several one-of-a-kind attractions that cannot be matched anywhere else in the world. Inside the lagoon is a glistening flat ocean surface, sprinkled with some 328 rock islands. Beneath the surface, Palau has become world renowned for its spectacular drop-offs. Vertical walls begin knee deep, at a ridiculous depth of two feet, and plummet straight down to more than 1,000 feet. Diving these magnificent formations is an exhilarating experience, yet Palau offers much, much more.
On our way we will overnight in Oahu, Hawaii and have a some time to see the area and enjoy some sights.
While in Palau we will be staying at the magnificent Palau Pacific Resort in an Ocean view—Double room. and we will be diving with Neco Marine our package includes 5 days of 2 tank diving which includes lunch, marine fees & NITIOX! Scott will be offering a photography course on this trip as an added bonus!

Truk Lagoon
Without a doubt the world’s best shipwreck diving destination.
Protected from wind and ocean swells, this lagoon has often been described as a placid lake in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
Truk Lagoon offers the greatest concentration of wrecks anywhere in the world. The number, variety and size of the wrecks and the spectacular marine life that grows on them are unequalled. Truk Lagoon’s sunken fleet has become the standard by which all other wreck dives are measured.
In February of 1944, Japan’s fortress of Truk Lagoon was attacked by Task Force 58 – a group of nine aircraft carriers and related cruisers, destroyers and subs. During two days and one night, planes from these aircraft carriers conducted continuous bombing, strafing and torpedo runs on ships anchored in the lagoon. More than 400 Japanese planes were wiped out and some 50-60 ships were believed sunk. Those two days of devastating air assault created what is today known as the "Ghost Fleet of Truk Lagoon.
While in Truk we will stay at the Blue Lagoon Resort in a Supierior Room. . We will be diving with the Blue Lagoon Dive Shop and have 3 days of three tank boat dives. This gives us a chance to dive each of the shallow wrecks. Advanced certification is required for this trip. All airport and Hotel transfers are included A very special wreck certification will be included in the adventure.
