2022 Camp Update (posted 1/18/22)

Early Access Membership will be available to purchase in February. We will have the finalized camp schedule posted below early February as well. Early access program registration for those who signed up for early access membership will begin in March, and we will open up registration to the public starting in April.

Mountain Bike Week

Back by popular demand, our mountain biking week always leaves our riders with muddy faces and huge smiles. Designed for those with some mountain biking experience. This is not an introductory week. Riders should have their own bike that they feel confident on. We will tour local trails, while learning about riding technique, bike repair, and trail stewardship. The days will be long and tiring but oh so rewarding.

9:00am - 4:00pm daily*

*with an extended day on Wednesday (pick-up 7:00pm)

Scuba Certification Camp

This jam-packed week will be a memory and a skill that will last a lifetime. Work hard to earn your NAUI scuba divers license. An internationally recognized, life-long certification that can open doors to so many opportunities and travels. The first three days will be pool training and classroom review, getting our divers comfortable and practiced in this new environment. Thursday and Friday are open-water dives, four dives in a local lake to put those skills and knowledge gained to use. Online education component must be completed prior to camp session! 9:00am - 4:00pm daily.

For registered campers; Summer camp medical forms are due to our camp office by June 25th 2021

Returning Campers: Please make sure you have updated your child's age in your account so proper programs are made available.

Leadership Quest

Ages 12+ | 2 Week Program

2 Week Leadership Program

2-Week Leadership Program

This is where our program really starts to shift focus from being an active participant in the outdoor adventure world to being a focused, talented, and responsible leader.  This two-week program (NOT weekends) was designed for kids who are looking to do more, know more, and share their knowledge (new and old) with others. Our most experienced staff will lead this group on daily adventures while showing and sharing with them the important different roles safety, responsibility, emergency preparation, self-confidence and leadership skills play in outdoor programming.

Ages 12 & 13

LIT Two Week Program

Two Week Program: Sessions 3 & 4

Our leadership programs have grown to become the greatest source of pride for us here at WEU. These programs are thoughtfully designed with the goal of challenging your young leader to challenge themselves, grow as an individual and make a difference. Leaders will learn what it is like to take care of themselves, their peers and mentor younger groups in the out of doors. Communication, problem-solving, trust, cooperation, preparation and survival skills are just a few of the important goals we will be busy working towards. This is a two-week program with no weekends.

Push yourself out of your comfort zone on the 'pamper pole' and 'flying squirrel' elements on our ropes course and try out scuba in our 83 degree swimming pool.
